Our Intermediary Portal is being upgraded

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional claims experience, we are in the process of developing a new Claims Portal via ClaimLogik Plus.

Our new Claims Portal will be rolled out over the next 6 months and will expand on the capabilities of our current platform, allowing strata managers and brokers to create claims, and view and update claim details in real time.

As part of this transition, we are decommissioning our existing Intermediary Portal. Claims information via the existing Intermediary Portal is no longer being updated and was current only up to 23rd January 2021. Prior to the release of our upgraded Claims Portal, if you have any claims enquiries you can call us on 1300 724 678 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding public holidays). For urgent new claims, you can still reach us outside of business hours on this same number.
