Community Associations in their various forms are still somewhat new in Australia, but they are now one of the fastest growing forms of development for apartment, mixed use and detached housing communities.

In the United States they are very common and have been for some time. We have used the strength of three decades of experience in America to design our Community Association Insurance product.
